Two Decades of Looking After Properties — and People
Green Lotus Property Management began in 2005 with a simple idea: property owners deserve a management partner who treats their properties like their own. What started with a handful of residential properties in Toronto has grown into a full-service management and property care company serving owners across the Greater Toronto Area.
Over the years we've managed detached homes and rental portfolios, supported condominium corporations and boards, and coordinated everything from emergency repairs to complete renovations. Along the way we built a property care division — maintenance, lawn care, snow removal, cleaning and seasonal services — so owners have one dependable point of contact for everything their property needs.
Today, our focus hasn't changed: protect our clients' investments, support their tenants, and make property ownership simpler and more rewarding.
