- Number of units and tenancies being administered
- Property condition and expected maintenance volume
- Location and service expectations
- Scope — placement only, core management or full service with property care
How to compare proposals
Ask each company to set out, in writing, exactly what the fee includes: inspections, reporting frequency, maintenance approval thresholds, placement and renewal charges, and what counts as extra. A clear proposal is itself evidence of how the company will manage your property.
