- Verifying that repairs were needed — and completed
- Responding to urgent issues quickly
- Knowing the property's actual condition between tenancies
What makes it work
Documented inspections with photographs, clear monthly statements, a manager who answers the phone and an agreed approval threshold for repairs together replace physical presence. You should be able to explain your property's condition from its file alone.
